Reduced Fat Medallion

A surprisingly delicious reduced fat goat cheese. Made with goat 's milk from which we have removed more than half the fat. Very fresh, very mild farmstead goat cheese, pure white in color, creamy in texture, good on crackers or country bread and in recipes calling for cream cheese or ricotta. Approximately 4 ounces.
